After my own personal transformation, I have made it my goal to provide support, motivation, and instruction to those looking to make a positive change in regards to their health and fitness.

In addition to leading weekly Zumba® Classes at several locations, I also offer 1-on-1 Personal Training.

I have been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since September of 2015, and I have continuing education in Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness.

My goal is to design safe and effective workouts to help you reach all of your fitness goals.
